What's your business, and who are your customers?

I have several businesses that range from a Podcast production company to a 2-day, 40,000 person taco festival! So I sell everything from True Crime to Tacos!

Tell us about yourself

I've always reversed engineered my businesses as I had no formal or focused training for anything. I pick things out that interest me and am passionate about, and then go figure out how to make them work.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Seeing people that work for me go on to greater successes of their own. It is a great feeling to be a mentor, stepping stone, or catalyst for others and their dreams.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Keeping a cool head under pressure. People are relying on you, and you can't lead them astray as they are putting their faith in you and your business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

PLAN PLAN PLAN....and be adequately funded. The majority of start-ups fail because they are undercapitalized.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Always be realistic. If you're young or single, chase your dreams. If you have responsibilities, live up to them.

Where can people find you and your business?
