What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is a virtual career service development firm based in Halton, Ontario, called Creative Horizons Communications. I specialize in master-level resume writing, brand marketing, LinkedIn profile writing, career transition coaching, interviewing, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) coaching. Tell us about yourself
The restructuring during the recession initially propelled me to start working on my business, which paved the way for a major career transition from the corporate world to entrepreneurship. After completing my bachelor of arts degree, I identified a need in the labour market to help jobseekers realize their purpose while merging my passion for creative writing and coaching.
Upon embarking on a renowned career association, Career Professionals of Canada, I earned my first resume writing certification. I then launched Creative Horizons Communications after stumbling upon my unique vision to support jobseekers and carved out a strategic mission. Since then, I have successfully positioned thousands of jobseekers of all fields and levels across the globe for their next career milestone.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
