What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment has been creating and developing the Create Magic At Work brand. It feels good to build something with purpose that aids in creating and supporting healthy leaders.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The hardest thing I've experienced as a business owner has been the decreased interaction with large teams. I came from a corporate executive background where I worked with different teams throughout my days, and I miss that.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Expect every day to be different and get uncomfortable with uncertainty.
  2. Remember that everyone is focused on their own journey and show up to support them.
  3. Believe in yourself.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

As an Executive Coach and Certified Spiritual Intelligence Coach, I help you combine inner spiritual work with fun, humor, and magic to increase courage, confidence, productivity, and decrease stress.
