What's your business, and who are your customers?

Courageous Living Coaching was founded and designed a system to help women entrepreneurs get what they want with the three keys to creating their ideal business and life. Creating a life you love doesn’t have to be hard. In fact, it can be quite simple when you have the right tools and support that Courageous Living Coaching created by focusing on three key areas: Morning Momentum, Defining You, and Daily Domination.

Morning Momentum is all about purpose, position, and practice. We help you get clear on your purpose so that you can start each day with a positive attitude and focused action. We also work on positioning yourself for success by creating systems and structures that support your goals. Finally, we focus on practice–which is really just another word for consistency. We believe that consistent action leads to results, so we help you create a daily practice that supports your success.

Defining You is all about understanding your strengths and tapping into your inner source of power. We believe that every woman has the ability to create her own success, and we help you tap into that power so that you can create the life you want. We also focus on helping you define what success looks like for you so that you can create a roadmap for your life and business.

Daily Domination is all about accountability, action, and acceptance. We help you create systems of accountability so that you can stay on track with your goals. We also focus on helping you take consistent action so that you can achieve your dreams. And finally, we believe that acceptance is a key part of success, so we help you learn to accept yourself and your journey as unique as you are.

Tell us about yourself

As a woman entrepreneur running an e-commerce business and helping other women to create their own platforms, I received my life coaching certification and founded my coaching business. Being able to teach other women how to build their courage to do more with their lives through consistent actions, I see their confidence rising and their determination to attain their ideal life. That is what fuels me every day because I know what it takes to run a successful business with the right mindset, and teaching other women how to do it is very rewarding.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The most difficult part of being a business owner is figuring out what's important and then making the time to do it. The one thing every entrepreneur faces: figuring out which tasks are worth their precious resources, so they can be done well without feeling overwhelmed or underutilized on any given day.

For example, if you're a solopreneur, you might have to choose between working on your business's marketing or completing an important client project. If you're a new parent, you might have to decide whether to spend time with your family or work on your business.

It can be tough to make these decisions, but it's important to remember that you can't do everything. You have to be strategic about how you spend your time, so you can focus on the things that are most important to your business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

The first step in being a successful business owner is understanding how boundaries work. This can be the hardest part for entrepreneurs, who often have many tasks on their plate at once and need help prioritizing what's most important versus not so much... But if you know where your priorities lie- delegate or outsource things that don't matter as much—you'll find yourself getting done faster with less stress than ever before!

The second step is to get organized. This goes hand-in-hand with setting boundaries because if you know what's important, you can better plan your time and resources around it. Use a planner or scheduling app to keep track of deadlines, meetings, and other events so that you don't miss anything important.

The third step is to learn to say "no." This can be difficult, especially if you're a people pleaser, but it's important to remember that you can't do everything. By saying "no" to the things that aren't a priority, you free up time and energy to focus on what is important.

By following these three steps, you'll be well on your way to becoming a successful business owner!
