What's your business, and who are your customers?
We're a global business operations consulting firm helping businesses dream bigger. Our clients typically have core values around the desire to serve their customers better and the desire to set their teams up for success. We help them get to the root cause of their business issues and solve them once and for all.
Tell us about yourself
I started in this business before it had a name or an opportunity for someone like me. It really is an inherent gift of constant problem solving that is now known as business operations.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Our biggest accomplishments as a business revolve around the results we deliver for our clients. It can be overwhelming the impact we have on people's businesses and lives; it's at the core of why we do what we do. One of our clients told me, "you changed my life;" it's an amazing feeling to know you have a gift that can impact someone's life.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing for me is balance. We're a small but highly skilled team which does require quite a bit of demand from me. It's very challenging to find the right talent that not only has the skills but the desire to really be present and help our clients.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Have a plan, be tenacious, and listen more than you speak.
