Tell us about yourself
I started my career in aesthetic sales and always dreamed about running my own spa. Nothing feels better than someone walking out Cintoured’s door feeling better about themself than when they walked in. Being a part of that process is very rewarding.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment was making it through COVID and having an amazing, dedicated, talented team who can run the business even when I’m not there.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Making sure that everyone is happy.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Don’t spend too much money upfront because you will hit unexpected bumps in the road. Keep your employees happy, and your customers will be happy. The customer is always right; even if you did your absolute best, you have to take care of any issues. Don’t ignore them.
