Tell us about yourself

I have a knack for seeing things others don't see—or don't KNOW they see. It gives the illusion of creating something out of nothing, but actually, all I have to do is reveal the underlying meaning or merit of your product or service. This starts with listening and observation and grows with research and creative exploration. It's not easy...but it's fun...and effective.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The reward I enjoy most is the delighted expression of my clients—or better, their clients—when a concept strikes a nerve and moves people to take the desired action.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The hardest thing about being a business owner is dealing with the non-creative aspects of the business. Billing, filing, scheduling.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Look at your business from the outside in. It's not about what you want to say, it's about what your clients and prospects need to know and how you will help them.
  2. Stay humble and flexible.
  3. Build and nurture a diverse, truthful, and talented team.
