What's your business, and who are your customers?

We're dedicated to supporting, promoting, and fueling purpose-filled, powerful female voices — like yours — and giving you the tools to make it happen! After coaching over 340 CEOs to build THRIVING businesses,
I've found the #1 rule in a business building is:

"Tell everyone about YOU."

This community not only gives you confidence and business know-how to build your business — you'll access exclusive opportunities to step into the spotlight and expand your influence to attract the right clients.

Tell us about yourself

What first got me started in building community came from my desire to gather strong women in a safe and nurturing environment. I know that when women are able to leverage each other's skills and work together, all of our businesses flourish. Also, I have been in business coaching for over 22 years. Assisting women in reaching their desired dreams and believing t's possible is a passion of mine. We all need coaches, and I'm proud to be one.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is, first, the freedom I have to set my own schedule and wake up daily to serve my fullest purpose. Second, the celebrations I have daily with clients that are also fulfilling their wildest dream as business owners.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things about being a business owner is the daily inspiration that we need to provide for ourselves. In Corporate America, you might have a daily huddle, or other departments to bounce ideas off of. We must surround ourselves "manually" with those individuals for the success we desire to reach.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Invest in a coach to guide you where you desire to be. Accountability is the BEST investment you can ever make.
  2. Join a community that will keep you fueled for success in every area, from education to motivation, to collaboration. That is what we do in the Leap Community for women.
  3. Surround yourself (your immediate 5-10 people you hang out with the most) only with those that are your biggest cheerleaders. Remove all the rest. I promise you that it will stunt your growth if you do not recognize how poisonous some people can be to your success.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Yes, I would love to remind the readers that you are not failing if you haven't reached your goal; there is just something that you haven't learned yet. Keep searching; once you learn it, you will skyrocket! Cheers to your success!
