What's your business, and who are your customers?

Coit produces healthy lifestyle spirits and cocktails with no added sugar, GF, and vegan with all-natural ingredients. Our customers are inquisitive, demand more of their product experience, and are stimulated by their senses.

Tell us about yourself

My passion and talent are using the visual, flavor, tactile, and aroma senses of the eyes, nose, and palate. Experience learned from a winemaker, 50+ harvests, 3 countries, 2 hemispheres. My daily motivation is innovating to create a one-of-a-kind healthier beverage that is fun and excites the palate of the Epicurious traveler. An understanding & supportive family that shares my vision.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Consistent quality control from start to finish, from sourcing fresh, sustainable, eco-friendly ingredients, packaging & production, and building like-minded distribution relationships through to final consumer and customer support.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

  • Patience and listen to your team.
  • Keeping family commitments.
  • Patting yourself on the back when you do a good job, most people will never understand the complexity or simplicity of a solution you come up with.
  • Take criticism and grow from it.
