What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a coach and team trainer. I work with people from all over the world and in many different industries and cultures. I help leaders have fun and enjoy their roles. My leadership strategy, "The Soccer Field Model," gives them an easy strategy to manage their day and team, lets them assess situations faster, and makes everyday leadership much easier. Leadership can be easy. My clients learn how to use their capacities for themselves and become inspiring leaders. First, we take a look at how your inner calm feels.
Tell us about yourself
I started my own business after working with my coach, and I love that decision every day. Seeing my clients feel empowered and full of joy when they make new decisions for themselves is fulfilling and super motivating for me. I am grateful for my job and the trust they give me every single day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I truly enjoy inspiring people in my speeches, coaching, training, posts, and my book. But I believe trusting my gut feeling and believing in my product and service, when it was challenging in the beginning, is, without a doubt, my biggest accomplishment as a business owner.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Wearing multiple hats. Including the ones that aren't your passion. :)
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Start with what you are trying to avoid. (maybe picking up the phone and calling people).
- Prioritize your day by asking yourself: What is the next step closer to income?
- Do what you love. Listen to your gut feeling. Be brave. Time is too short.
