What's your business, and who are your customers?

Through some of the most famous chefs of Italian cuisine, we teach professionals and amateurs the art of cooking, pastry, and baking.

Tell us about yourself

We started 15 years ago with four thematic television channels vertically talking about cooking, travel, design, and motors. The company was then sold, and we started dealing with Italian cooking and pastry training.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Freedom certainly, but also being able to make many people work for our project is an exciting thing.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Satisfying our customers and keeping up with technology.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
