What's your business, and who are your customers?
Clear Insights Coaching helps professionals find more balance, success, and satisfaction in their work and life. As a coach, I work with managers and leaders to help them lead with more confidence and ease. Through improved communication skills and awareness of what they desire, they begin to show up differently. Our focus is to first create inner harmony to be able to ripple that harmony all around the client. Many of my clients are asking, "what's next?" in their work and life. This inner harmony and improved relationship with self help them answer that important question and take action to achieve their important goals.
Tell us about yourself
I was working in corporate as a general manager overseas, and after more than 20 years in corporate, I realized that I wanted to do something to help managers and supervisors lead with greater ease. I found coaching, began a coach training program, and coached myself out of corporate work and into this profession. Every day I am energized and amazed by all the achievements my clients make.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I love what I do and am passionate about helping people connect with the essential reason why they're here. To help them also understand how much intelligence resides in their body, particularly their heart. Many of us are thinking only from our minds when we have so much more intelligence available. My signature program, Harmonic Leadership, helps clients connect with the intelligence of their hearts and minds to become more well-rounded and balanced.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing that comes with being a business owner, particularly as a solopreneur, is thinking you have to do it all on your own. Once I began to outsource some of my administrative tasks, it made being a business owner so much easier. It's such an amazing opportunity to create and grow your own business. And even more incredible to see it become successful.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
The top three tips I'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today really follow my three-step process for Harmonic Leadership.
Set your Intention. Know it and follow through on your intention. Once you've set your intention, be fully present in what you're doing. Being a business owner is not having a job where a lot of it simply happens by you opening up your email. Starting your own business requires you to be fully present and committed. Finally, take the necessary action, always ensuring that your actions align with your goals and intention.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
You can do this. The only thing ever stopping any of us from what it is you want is ourselves. Be clear on your intention, be present in what you're doing, and take the appropriate action. You've got this!
