Myself and my two business partners, Kelly Chiusano and Kristine Simoneschi, own two CKO Kickboxing locations in downtown Brooklyn, where we offer cardio kickboxing workouts to help you get fit, strong, and confident. Our members range from kids to adults of all ages and fitness backgrounds.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being a women-owned business and making it through a pandemic in a continued effort to help others.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Owning a business is both the most challenging and rewarding thing. It's a 24/7 responsibility!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Love what you do, be able to roll with the punches, and don't be afraid to take risks!
