After a 25-year career on Wall Street, having spoken on stage in front of a few million people around the world, I decided to teach people the very thing they watched me develop for years.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
The pride and fulfillment that comes with living each day in the service of others' success.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The volatility that comes with the incoming business. It can be feast or famine and challenging to predict which will come next.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Like climbing a mountain: Set short-term goals, one step at a time; can't do it alone.
