What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is teaching my students how to build a lifelong passion for music that enriches their lives.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things in my business is scheduling around the seasonal nature of music lessons. To succeed, you have to plan way ahead for when new students will start, seasonal schedule changes, and school holidays.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be Patient. Building a successful business takes time.
- Get feedback. Ask your customers what is working and what needs improvement.
- Improve. Take the feedback to heart, and work to improve your business daily.
