Fine Handmade Belgian Chocolates for those who are passionate about high-quality chocolates.
Tell us about yourself
We are a team of women from various backgrounds who came across this opportunity by chance just as the previous owner was about to retire. Owned and operated by me, Neha, and Karina, we get excited about trying new recipes, creating fine, delicious, edible art, and receiving glowing feedback from our customers who rave about our fine chocolates.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We’ve just taken over the shop a few months ago, and so far, our existing customer base is pleased with our seamless takeover, and the quality has not been compromised. We’ve also introduced new flavours and gained new customers.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
As first-timers, we still have a lot to learn about the business. Supply chain, affordable packaging & raw material constraints, as well as inflationary costs, are some of the issues we’re faced with.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Know your clientele and your competition. Be passionate about your product, and don’t hesitate to initiate things. Persistence, courage, and integrity at all times.
