What's your business, and who are your customers?
I’m a personal chef that serves locals, tourists, and people all over the world.
Tell us about yourself
I first started my business two years ago, during Covid. I began doing small dinners for tourists visiting Disney. I soon began cooking for locals and more high-end clients. My daughter and family motivate me every day to keep going. I always say I’m doing this for everyone that loves me.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is being the most sought-after chef in Orlando and coming in 2nd place to a Michelin Star chef in a cooking competition.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Time away from my family and missing functions.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Love what you do before selling it.
- Treat it as your baby.
