I was in the restaurant business for 26 years. I wanted to decrease my hours. I have a passion for creating food. I like to make people happy through good nutrition.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Making it through COVID and being in business for 6 years.

Driving customers to my business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. You need to have an idea of what your passion is.
  2. Smart ordering, not over-ordering.
  3. Have the money you can risk to invest and be willing to spend a lot of time until your business is established.
