I became interested in real estate when I was a young boy. Facing housing instability and the harsh reality of homelessness throughout my childhood. I am motivated by fear and loathing of poverty.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Hitting the 50-employee mark.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Hiring and cultivating talent. Trusting others to do a job as well as I would.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

- Look for people to hire that know the things you do not know.
