Construction - everyone involved in the process of building is considered a customer - clients, consultants, trade partners, and private and public works.

I started building finishes and moved up the leadership ladder into more managing roles. My son motivates me to keep moving forward.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Watching the team become better than I was at running jobs, teams, and buildings.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Staying motivated. Staying happy.
