What I have discovered in general about People is everyone wants to look authentic and be themselves. Providing an in-depth consultation And a detailed analysis gives my clients the confidence that what they want and what they need is possible.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
To go from simply having a vision and executing it and making it come alive. What I refer to as Vision Alive!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
In business, you must have a people strategy as well as having a well-planned business strategy. Most successes are only as strong as the support and understanding you can provide your team. What is equally important is having the tenacity to make tough executive decisions when things aren’t going to plan.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
If you are going to run a business, work with like-minded people that have different experiences and expertise. Follow policies and procedures the way you expect your team too. Hold yourself accountable by tracking your daily and weekly goals.
