What's your business, and who are your customers?
My company, CelaPhontus LLC, is a Decision Strategy Innovation Copanany - Thought and process development. This includes speaking events, seminars, and private consultations revolving around dynamic and powerful thinking and process engagement strategies. Discovering new opportunities and possibilities with success-driven challenge resolutions. My book, How The Tim Man Found His Brain” exemplifies this approach.

Decision strategy innovation has been a lifelong commitment, encompassing foundations of over twenty-five years in management, organization, and law. The most personally and professionally successful and accomplished people distinguish themselves by utilizing all of their intellectual and subjective resources. It is a personal dedication and commitment to facilitate the expansion of broader and more diversified thinking and perception.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment has been incorporating writing and publishing material in tandem with talks, workshops, and private consultations.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Finding the balance of serving the client base and yet helping to move the process and dialogue into a greater and more expanded vision for the audience.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be very clear about what you are prepared to offer and how.
- Do all the necessary preparation and research to launch the business powerfully.
- Continue to monitor, review and, as objectively as possible, analyze your progress to determine the next steps.

The core of strength and resilience in business and personal effort revolves around the elements of knowledge, skill, self-trust, self-confidence, and a willingness to take reasonable risks.
