What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a Leadership and Executive Coach, providing coaching services to emerging and experienced leaders to assist them in growing intentionally and overcoming what is holding them back from what they know is possible.
Tell us about yourself
I attended my first leadership conference when I was 15 years old and was captivated by the power of leadership (for good or bad). I've been a student of leadership for over three decades, a practitioner in both the business and non-profit worlds for nearly three decades, and a coach of leaders for over two decades now. I love to help leaders grow intentionally and get better. When they do, it impacts every client they serve, every member of their team, their spouse, their kids - everybody. That motivates me to help as many leaders as possible.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Expanding my client base to serve more clients than ever before.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Learning what I don't know yet.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- It will take longer than you think.
- It will cost more than you thought.
- It will require new skills that you don't have yet. A teachable spirit is non-negotiable.
