Tell us about yourself

At age 17, I became one of the first people ever cured of metastasized testicular cancer. With this gift, I decided I would continue my studies and began to collect and analyze my findings on life.

My goal became about developing and growing myself and helping others along the way.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Caruso Leadership reaches $1 million in revenue per year.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Managing my time effectively is one of the hardest things every business owner can relate to.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Remember to remain present while you work to achieve your future goals of what you want to become.
  2. Add value to your day-to-day by learning something you didn't know about before and setting realistic expectations for yourself.
  3. Be authentically yourself and bring unique and fresh creative ideas to the table.
