I am a certified life and wellness coach; I help women transform their lives in the areas of mind & emotions, health, relationships, finances, career & business, time management, and spirituality. I have developed coaching techniques that help people achieve results fast and move to the next level. Although I am located in New York, I offer my services to women from different parts of the world since my business is online.

Tell us about yourself

I know what it feels like to go through pain and suffering, see your life shattered in the blink of an eye, and lose your comfort zone without even realizing it.

Until 2014 my life was going on as normal, with circumstances that I could handle and move on, I had achieved success in my career as an Accountant and MBA, but that year I remarried after ten years of my first marriage. That relationship was a dream until two months later; it became the worst of nightmares; he was an alcoholic and abusive. Anything I can say about that 4-year experience is little compared to what I lived. However, in the midst of the pain, I began to focus on the purpose behind going through it all.

I managed to get out of that relationship in December 2018, and since then, I have become a certified Life Coach that helps people transform their lives and get out of suffering. I changed my pain story into a success story to help others.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The achievement that gives me the greatest satisfaction in my business is seeing the transformation in the people who go through my coaching programs and how they begin to really live and change the course of their lives and those of their families. The financial part is necessary and important, but the impact I can make by serving others gives a satisfaction that cannot be compared to any other.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Get a team with a level of commitment that can work hand in hand with me and help me manage day-to-day operations, such as marketing, social media, accounting, etc.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Work on your mindset more than anything else.
  2. Do not skimp on hiring professionals who do a good job to avoid "headaches."
  3. Have fun in the process of growing the business and enjoy every little success you have.
