I was formerly in the banking and finance industry. Started business in 2019, right before the pandemic. I enjoy the aspect of helping customers and providing opportunities for our current and future staff.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Providing opportunities for employment to family members and the community. Building and sustaining customer relationships.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Managing client expectations, building and maintaining staffing.
