Caitlin's Heart To Heart offers Down to Earth Authentic Soul Healing, products, and Jewelry. Caitlin's Heart to Heart supports a variety of clients locally and across the world, ranging from young children to adults 60+.
Tell us about yourself
I gave birth to my business right after I gave birth to my daughter. Facing the choice of going back to work or finding a way to enjoy time with my daughter kept me up at night. At this time, I had already.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I could talk about my 5-year journey toward opening up a shared space to offer the healing and guidance I love to do. But deep down in my heart, the most rewarding aspect is seeing the lives of my clients change, them having that "aha" moment, finding hope after the constant mental drain, or any form of relief. It's the memories I have gathered along the way.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Accepting that not every idea is meant to be a success, learning when to detach and make adjustments to your goals. Riding the ups and downs of life and not always knowing where the next client is coming from. It's all worth it, but it can pose a challenge.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Self-care - if you are not taking care of your mental, emotional, physical, and holistic health, you will find it impossible to have a long successful business filled with richness, healthy boundaries, and enjoyment.
- Learning-focused flexibility - yes, it's important to set goals, have a business plan, and have dates that golden stage vision of what your business will look like, function like, and be like. However, being open to inspired ideas, flexibility, and chance can lead you to some beautiful alternatives.
- Engage with your clients, give 100 percent each and every time, be honest and authentic, and trust me, "most" clients will remember it. Take the time to build connections instead of rushing through with weightless interactions.
