What's your business, and who are your customers?

Cafe Villaggio is a local independent Cafe and bakery, provides organic coffee and fresh-baked pastry every day. Customers' service and high-quality food are our priorities.

Tell us about yourself

I started this Café by joining the franchise, then created my ownership after 5 years, loved baking, and never stop creating new recipes, which makes me enjoy my work every day.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

There are many regular customers who come to our Cafe every day, I made lots of friends because of this store, it's become a small community place.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

This Cafe brought different people come to work together, they have different personalities, how to deal with them is the hardest thing.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Location, love your job, patience.
