Tell us all about your business...

We are a business transformation company - we work with six-figure serviced-based entrepreneurs and we help them become million-dollar CEOs through our coaching, consulting business education, and live events. We believe that you don't have to choose - you can love God and make boatloads of money and we infuse our clients with the strategies, systems, and support necessary to leverage and scale their business so that they build generational wealth. There is no one like us in the marketplace, we transform the whole CEO as we help them transform their business.

What's your background and motivation to grow as a solopreneur?

I woke up one day and realized that I was not meant to sit behind someone else's desk and started my entrepreneurial journey. Not without challenges and obstacles to overcome but today, I am excited to do this work and transform lives by helping them scale their companies.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Helping 25 of our clients cross the million-dollar company mark (so far) and helping many more clients become millionaires because we introduce them to wealth building and asset creation through our work.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a solopreneur?

Just one thing?! Finding top talent so that you can truly strategically preside over your company and help it to continue to grow and evolve

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run or grow a small business today?

  1. Get crystal clear about who you serve and the problem you solve.
  2. Be consistent with your marketing efforts while also diversifying them upfront to find the best ways for your ideal clients and the ones you can leverage consistently.
  3. Charge more than it costs to provide excellent service and powerful results

If there was one thing you could do repeatedly to help grow your business, what would it be?

For me, it's speaking. Speaking is the reason why I run a million-dollar company. I would get more speaking opportunities every chance I could.

What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance and to keep it all together?

I set an end to my day every day. I trust my team and empower them to make the right decisions to support our clients and I hired support at home - housekeeper, laundry service, and meal prep. It makes a difference. I am not nor do I desire to be a superwoman. So, I get the support we need to live our best lives.
