Learning to work On your business vs. working IN it!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Know what the outcome is before you start (have targets). Form a plan, create systems and monitor it and make sure you focus on the high priorities. Don't get lost in the weeds of the day-to-day operations of the business.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
It is all about having a plan and executing on it!
