What's your business, and who are your customers?

BTW Consulting has been helping eBay business sellers since 2015. We are an established, experienced, and reputable team of US based eBay consultants providing professional eBay seller help and services. Our customers are new or established online eCommerce business sellers.

Those who currently sell on eBay and need help or want to increase sales. Or a business that sells on Amazon or their website and wants to expand their business to include eBay. eBay is the 2nd largest US marketplace. Readers should want to support our business because we are experts in what we do, all our work is done in-house, and we do not outsource. We are owned and operated in the United States and do not transfer their calls overseas.

Tell us about yourself

Our company was founded in 2015 after we noticed a lack of resources for eBay sellers. We found that online tutorials and eBay customer service were not sufficient in providing the help and support that eCommerce businesses need. I am motivated by the gratification that comes from helping someone to be successful.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Creating a successful business that offers niche services that help other business owners to be successful.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

You have more than one boss. All your clients are your "bosses."

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. First, choose something that you are passionate about and find something that can be profitable.
  2. Second, make sure you do a lot of research on the business you would like to start and carefully calculate all costs and profit margins.
  3. Third, choose a business that matches your prior work experience and where you have a lot of existing knowledge. When we started BTW Consulting, I had sold on eBay for years prior and understood the marketplace well. One of the biggest mistakes I have seen is people who buy into existing businesses that they know nothing about.
