Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in health and fitness but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Brittany Noelle, founder of Brittany Noelle Fitness, located in Los Angeles, CA, USA.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

I have an online personal training business. I help people who want to get stronger and more confident through weight training even with limited time.

Tell us about yourself

I’m a former track athlete & fitness competitor with a passion for moving well and injury-free. After years of difficult training and several car accidents, I used to be in constant pain. I decided to learn more about my body so that I could move pain-free and help others to do the same. I also wanted to learn more about nutrition to decrease the likelihood of developing some preexisting health issues that run in my family. I also wanted to spread this knowledge to other people so that they could do the same.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Training 100s of clients as having long-lasting impacts on their lives.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Not having many people to answer my questions because I’m in a new field of business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Go with your gut, believe in yourself, and don’t be afraid to fall.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

My primary goal is to help people around the world become healthier and more knowledgeable about fitness.
