Tell us about yourself

My passion has always been coming up with differentiated dishes and having my clients taste my dishes. Food is my forte, and people are my passion. This is what motivates me to wake up every morning. I have been in the food industry for over a decade. I started working in various known restaurants and graduated with a culinary degree. I specialize in east and west fusion mixed with a touch of flair to have your taste buds yearning for more.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is putting a footprint on my brand and having a dedicated team that supports my company. They are my biggest accomplishments. We work together harmoniously as we understand what customers want.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

We always face challenges every day, and that's a good thing. This is what brings innovation to make us a key differentiator in this industry. The biggest challenge as a business owner is ensuring the quality and standard of my dishes are met up to my expectation. This requires dedicated time and effort that not a lot of people see in the kitchen. However, once these expectations are met, they become the biggest accomplishments.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Always stay humble.
  2. Treat your team with respect because they are the ones that build your company.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Be very patient. Time will come, and you will get there where you visioned.
