We are Brick and Flour; Our customers are our local community in Glendale, Pasadena, North Hollywood, and Santa Clarita.
Tell us about yourself
Our names are Gary Kirikian and Zhilbert Kirakosian. We are two friends who had the vision to start an artisanal Mexican food restaurant. After trying our options in our local community, we decided to open a place to display our creativity and vision for Mexican food.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Building such a strong relationship with our employees, many of which have been with us since the start. We have slowly grown from opening our first location in Glendale, CA, in 2017 to where we are today, with four locations in total. We enjoy what we do every single day to serve our community with freshly prepared food every single day.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest aspect of running our restaurant is to ensure that our quality stays within our satisfactory limits. We strive to serve the best and highest quality meats, salsas, and overall meals daily.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
I would advise anyone wanting to start a business to make sure they love that particular line of work, to give it their all every single day, and to treat their employees and customers like family.
