What's your business, and who are your customers?

Our mission at Icenhower Coaching & Consulting is to wake up every day motivated to generate valuable content and provide high-powered coaching for our clients and as a guiding light for the real estate industry. It is about more than just our bottom line. We focus on making a profound impact in the lives of every real estate professional we come in contact with, no matter their career path. We are innovators, creators, coaches, and, ultimately, friends. Work-life balance should be obtainable without sacrificing sustainable growth. Our responsibility is to guide our clients through the fog and help them sort out lasting innovations from gimmicks.

Working with the top-producing real estate agents in North America is our privilege. ICC exists to take real estate agents to the next level. We strive to represent a modern breed of real estate professionals with integrity and a down-to-earth approach. At ICC, we embrace the innovative ideas presented. Our mission is to take the real estate industry into the future. Our mission is to build trust with our clients and non-clients in the industry. In a competitive sector, ICC seeks to create a safe space. We don't compete.

We share and collaborate with fellow real estate professionals across the spectrum. ICC partners with tech companies and industry experts who make the real estate industry a better place. We truly believe that who you surround yourself with matters, so we surround ourselves with only the best. ICC's mission is to be the interface between industry leaders and modern-day real estate agents, always serving our client's best interests and driving them forward.

Tell us about yourself

Our vision motivates us daily: "To train, lead and inspire the growth of real estate professionals and leaders to propel business success, expand personal lifestyles, and promote life balance."

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is helping real estate agents, teams, brokers/owners, and team leaders move their businesses forward and experience life-changing growth.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things is time management. That is one of the core principles we teach our clients here at ICC. Our systems for effective time management are genuinely life-changing. Suppose you can calendar your day and time, block your essential activities that help grow your business, and live by that calendar. In that case, you can get more into your day than you can imagine. Along the same lines, protecting your time outside of work is also essential. A healthy life balance is critical.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Get a coach.
  2. Be intentional with your time.
  3. Go forward sloppy.
