What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is helping real estate agents, teams, brokers/owners, and team leaders move their businesses forward and experience life-changing growth.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things is time management. That is one of the core principles we teach our clients here at ICC. Our systems for effective time management are genuinely life-changing. Suppose you can calendar your day and time, block your essential activities that help grow your business, and live by that calendar. In that case, you can get more into your day than you can imagine. Along the same lines, protecting your time outside of work is also essential. A healthy life balance is critical.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
