Tell us about yourself

I love working at the intersection of people, analytics, and capital. I love building businesses.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My previous exits.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Especially at the beginning, it all falls on you.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Find a co-founder with complementary skills yet shared values that you feel you can deeply trust.
  2. Focus on marketing, sales, and distribution more than on the product or service (but remember that in a services business, in particular, the best way to get new customers is to wow your existing customers, so good customer service is a kind of marketing.
  3. As soon as you get more than 3-4 people on your team, be intentional about building your culture - your vision, values, and key practices/habits/behaviors. That's hard to change later.

Where can people find you and your business?
