What's your business, and who are your customers?

Our business focuses on laser hair and vein removal, skin resurfacing, and restorative facials. Our customers are multi-generational and are male, female, and members of the LGBTQ community alike.

Tell us about yourself

I became disenchanted with working for others and in 2008, decided to strike out on my own. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and ultimately helping people feel better about themselves.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Starting up a business at home, then growing to a point where I could actually acquire my own commercial property.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Owning your own small business means that you are not only challenged by the work, but you also need to be adept at HR, bookkeeping, and sales and marketing. You have to be prepared to wear multiple hats.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Pursue something you are passionate about. Never give up, no matter how tough things get. Surround yourself with great people; success is infectious.
