What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a life coach that helps people that are suffering mentally, emotionally, and physically. My main customers are Adults and teens. I help my clients by:
- Clarifying your vision and mission.
- Strategize a plan of action steps with each phase of your journey.
- Upgrade your skills and awareness.
- Optimize your environment to succeed.
- Master your psychology, mindset, and emotions.
- Accountability, brainstorming, and ongoing support during your journey.
- Tools and resources to empower you.
- Regularly scheduled 1:1 coaching sessions, plus “just in time” support between sessions.
- And, of course, plenty of compassionate ass-kickings to help you move outside your comfort zone because that’s where the magic happens!
I use mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and energy medicine to empower my clients.
Tell us about yourself
What leads me to start my business as a life coach is my own healing journey. I was suffering emotionally, mentally, and physically. I did not know I had a choice. I did not understand my own power and how I was creating all the drama in my life. I now want to share all the tools and wisdom that have given me freedom and joy in my life. I no longer drink any medications for anything. I understand my body and what it is trying to tell me when I am out of balance. I want to share this with anyone who is ready to make some serious changes in their own life.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is to have faith in my own creativity and to trust the process of life. As a business owner, it is important to understand the energic aspect of your business first, and then you will be able to have more influence on how fast or slow it grows. From the types of clients, you want to bring in to the financial support you need to make things happen.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest challenge I have experienced is the uncertainty in the unknown. This is where I have been practicing what I preach about addressing energy first and allowing it to unfold and manifest into physical form. It is an art that needs to be practiced daily and eventually mastered.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Become clear about what you want to create and why.
- Daydream about it! This is when we draw up what we want to create and enjoy daydreaming. There are no limits to daydreaming.
- Trust the process and follow your actionable steps with complete faith that all will come in divine timing as long as you keep your vibration high and in an open state to receive.
