What's your business, and who are your customers?

BoBo is an affordable and powerful tool designed especially for physical therapists and care providers. It motivates patients, measures and tracks progress, and allows patients to work independently and achieve better results faster.

Tell us about yourself

Both my partner and I are physical therapists. We met 15 years ago at university. As we've been working with all kinds of people, we've noticed that there is a huge potential to incorporate technology into what we do. We started with a very big vision - to turn all the existing therapy exercises into smart, interactive, and engaging activities, thereby improving this whole field of physical therapy.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Our products are used by over 5000 clinics and more than 10000 home users. That's more than I imagined when we started the business. My favorite thing is hearing about special stories from clients and partners worldwide. For example, we've recently received some inspiring photos from our clients in Ukraine about using Bobo devices to help rehabilitate war victims.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The constant pursuit of financing company activities, month after month.
And the pursuit of perfection.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
