Tell us all about your business...

The C.E.O Blueprint is a Transformational Leadership Development Company for Executives and business owners.

What's your background and motivation to grow as a solopreneur?

Over the past 20 years, I have specialized in helping business leaders in North America create and produce massive elevations in their leadership and performance. Not only does my work apply to the business environment, but it also allows my clients to incorporate my methodology into their personal lives and relationships. "How you do one thing is how you do everything." I have worked with clients and companies such as TD Bank, CIBC, Credit Swiss, Goodmans LLP, Shimmerman Penn, Blakes LLP, and Crowe Soberman LLP. I am a behavioral expert and pattern interrupter that uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), neuroscience, and psychology to ensure clients achieve the transformation and breakthroughs they are committed to making in their lives. Superpower: I can see people's blind spots and all that gets in the way of their ability to accomplish their goals. I am a pattern interrupter and behavioral expert and can help micro shift any undesired behaviors over time to create sustainable change.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Biggest accomplishment as a business owner is helping people change their lives!! Adele also tripled her business income throughout covid when everyone said it was "impossible." She consistently shows people what's possible in leading by example.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a solopreneur?

I love being a business owner! I used not to love it because I was working 12 hours a day and in the "grind," but now I have created a business and environment where I have freedom and can be EASY and fantastic!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run or grow a small business today?

  1. Get into action! Don't be a perfectionist (easier said than done), but you can't scale a business if you're stuck in the mud of perfectionism every day. It's just a decision!
  2. No one client can make or break your business. Set boundaries and put yourself first! Your energy matters more than anything else!
  3. All the things you're tolerating are standing between you and your goals. Dig into the beliefs that come up for you of "why you can't have it" and start to peel those apart!
