Tell us about yourself
I founded Blueneck over a decade ago after leaving a successful 20-year career in Fortune 500 companies to help business owners/operators realize their dreams and make a positive impact on those around them. I believe that each business contains an opportunity to change lives for the better, and the key to unlocking that potential lies within the owner.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Seeing clients become happier! Blueneck clients regularly experience the stress of running a business transforming into positive energy as they learn how to rid themselves of problems and pursue the exciting opportunities in front of them.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest thing is not being able to attract more resources to help more people. Blueneck has a limited capacity to take on more clients because we won't do what we can't do extremely well.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Start your business for the right reasons.
- Money and work-life balance are bad reasons. These will come, but starting a business is hard.
- Real success takes time. The one thing that will sustain you through tough times is a deep passion for doing something that will change everything for someone.
