What's your business, and who are your customers?
I created my business with the intent of supporting female leaders on their leadership journey, helping to support their leadership mindset. Leadership is a different journey for all of us and is truly about self-development and learning how to support others as well.
Tell us about yourself
I'm a leadership coach that blends pragmatic, real-world coaching with mindfulness to foster authentic and compassionate leaders while still driving kick-ass results.
I have a full-time job in corporate America, but I found it unfulfilling, quite honestly. I have always had a team of people, and one of the things I pride myself on is connecting with my people. I wanted to take that skill and build upon it, leveraging my passion for leadership as well as well-being and stress reduction to help women find success and more happiness.
Over my career as a single working parent, I've also realized work/life balance is a myth. My goal is to help women find their own sense of centeredness - forgetting the pressure of work/life balance and finding a unique rhythm to them to help them succeed.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Not giving up yet!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Perseverance. Staying motivated when tired and the results just don't seem to materialize.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Have at least one or two people you can bounce ideas off of.
- Understand your business idea will evolve and solidify as you work with people.
- Don't think results will happen overnight - it takes time, energy (and money) to get momentum.

Don't be afraid to take a risk. Your knowledge is meant to be shared - do it authentically and from your heart!
