Tell us about yourself
I started working as the CFO of Bloom Dental 5 years ago when I met my husband and owner, Dr. Tamir. What motivates me to come to work and do my job is to see the difference we make in our community every day by delivering implacable healthcare and seeing patients wanting to come to see us.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
The growth we have achieved.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The constant need to make sure everything goes well, everyone is happy at all times, and with not just the patient base but our staff. The managing of details.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Always show up, no matter what. Be detail-oriented and live what you do.
