This is a place where you gather as a family, have a romantic evening, or celebrate the little things in life or the major milestones.
Tell us about yourself
It started with the love of food that my partner had. Then it evolved into something really beautiful & mesmerizing. Just the thought of seeing our guests celebrating their milestones, irrespective of how small or big they are, is what drives us to keep doing what we do best!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We pride ourselves on having been able to provide a friendly & safe work environment & provide as many resources as possible to our team. Everyone is part of this family here, & everyone's opinion just is valuable for any current & future endeavors.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
In today's day & age, changing trends, choices, selections, and options sometimes do make it hard to keep up when you are a small business. In contrast, that is what also keeps us on our toes & keeps us humble. Whilst providing the opportunity for us to work together as a team & keep moving forward.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Out of all the things, if we had to choose any, we would say the following:
- Love what you do, live what you do, breathe what you do.
- Lead the team, be the example. You need to make sure to have your team's back & in return, they will have yours.
- Never stand still, keep evolving, and keep trying until you reach your goals. Then set higher goals & repeat.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
There will come a time when you might see this is it, maybe another pandemic, another lockdown, another inflation. Just keep pushing & do your best. Because luck is not something you are born with, luck is created by hard work & devotion.
