What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are an IT solutions provider in the New York City area. We sell to the state and local government sector, as well as higher education, healthcare, financials, transportation, and many others.

Tell us about yourself

Myself and my partner Jason started the business in June of 2018 once we felt our current jobs were no longer satisfying. We decided to take our future into our own hands!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I think being able to grow a business during a pandemic makes me proud. It makes me happy when our staff and customers are happy. We were trying to build not just jobs but homes for people to feel like they were building something greater.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Learning that not everything is perfect. As an owner, you have to deal with way more ups and downs than you do as an employee. You have to realize it's a balancing act of good and bad. Letting the good moments shine over the bad.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Dream big, and never give up your high aspirations.
  2. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't.
  3. Savor the good moments, and don't let them pass you by without noticing.
