Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in coaching but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Christine Graham, founder of Better Note Academy, located in Scarborough, ON, Canada.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

I aim to inspire women by helping them to find their inner voice by sharing their stories to make a difference in their communities.

Tell us about yourself

When I was younger, I loved writing poetry. Others took notice of my writing and asked me to write for them. I first began a business creating plaques for birthdays, retirements, weddings, anniversaries, and special occasions. I continued my passion for writing by creating Better Note Academy to encourage others to share their stories through their writing to leave a lasting legacy.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment in the business was having individuals tell me they were encouraged through the workshops they attended.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things about being a business owner is finding the customers that align with the business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

I would encourage anyone looking to start, run and grow a business to persevere, focus, and stay in your lane (Don't be a carbon copy of someone else).

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

If anyone has an impactful story, they can contact me at Betternoteacademy@gmail.com.

I also have monthly Workshops and daily coaching sessions. (Training on how to use various platforms is included).
