I design brands and websites for passionate, creative entrepreneurs.
Tell us about yourself
Growing up, I was always into arts and crafts, drawing, and design. I got my degree in interior design and worked at a firm, but I wanted to do something more remote so that I could travel. I eventually was doing some graphic and web design stuff for a job and thought, “why not start my own business since I’m good at it and enjoy it?” and that’s what I did!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is being able to help other entrepreneurs get established with a professional look and seeing them excited even more about their business.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest thing that comes with being a business owner is that you are literally doing everything! Marketing, admin work, client work, accounting, etc. In the end, it’s definitely rewarding, and I wouldn’t have it any way else!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Just do it! Start even if you think you aren’t ready; there’s never going to be a perfect time.
- Do not give up. It may be a slow start, but if you keep going and doing what you love, it’ll be all worth it.
- Don’t compare yourself to others. Everybody has a different journey, so just focus on yourself and your business.
