Health and wellness entrepreneur dedicated to clean, healthful foods that are fun, interesting, and nourishing to mind, body, and spirit. Innovating and seeing the goodness since age 10. I am also a personal trainer and am studying nutrition!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Selling over 1 million units of our snacks and giving back to help feed those in need!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the challenging things as a business owner is keeping patience.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Be patient, be resilient, and don't be afraid to fail because failing is what allows you to learn what to do next correctly. Also, do not worry too much about all of the outside voices telling you what to do. Take everyone's advice with a grain of salt and do what makes you happy and is best for your team and company; only you know what's best for you and your team!
