What's your business, and who are your customers?
Our business which includes public speaking, seminars (virtual and in person), and podcasting, is all in on Coaching, Leadership, Mental Performance, and overall support of those seeking to be the greatest version of themselves. Our customers and listeners are people from all walks of life who have an interest in performing better and breeding a culture of success. We have a loyal fan base across the world with thousands of downloads.
We have developed 9 Elements of Success for groups and individuals to build on. Being a good leader requires continued evolution and growth. Our podcast and coaching strive to provide you with the tools necessary to grow and become the best possible leader and have the greatest possible impact on those you lead.
Tell us about yourself
We have a passion for teaching and coaching and want to share our expertise, knowledge, and experience with others. The "WHY" is simple, we wish to make a difference for people, and it motivates us to see others getting after it and wanting to dominate the day - every day! Our personal motto is BTTY - BTTT (better today than yesterday - better tomorrow than today). It's a reminder that there is always room for growth and development no matter where we are in our journey.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We have extended our reach to over 20 countries on 5 continents in over 300 cities.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The fear of the unknown, but you have to embrace that fear, not be scared to get into pits with lions and battle your fears, your doubts, and your uncertainties. KEEP CRUSHING IT!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- It's the start that stops most people - get started and chase that dream!
- Control the controllable otherwise, you with spin yourself out of control.
- Follow someone who's been where you want to go but don't be scared to blaze your own trail.
