What's your business, and who are your customers?
We're a self-awareness agency. I work with teenagers, entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial couples, and global corporate leadership teams.
Tell us about yourself
I'm driven by well-being and by purpose-led business, which I've focussed on for thirty years. I love what I do, taking businesses and individuals through transformational development through different courses that I've written and run.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Starting the first organic supermarket chain in the UK, Planet Organic, which is now a beloved brand with 13 stores turning over around £50m.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Taking care of self first.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Trust yourself: your heart, not your head.
- Write a business plan.
- You can do anything you set your mind to: determination is more important than talent.
